Forget Walkers!

While you’ve got the oven on, try using up your parsnips.

1- Scrub and scrape your parsnips, and cut into slices just a few millimetres thick. Mix a tablespoon of olive oil with a teaspoon of honey and one of grain mustard in a good sized bowl

2- Then empty in the parsnip slices and stir thoroughly to coat, and spread out individually on another large flat baking tray.

3- Place on the top shelf of the oven for 20-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Forget Walkers- these are delicious !
