Spring & kohlrabi is so crunchy and sweet, it’s a sin to cook it at the moment.
Kohlrabi, Carrot and Cucumber
Try this; peel it and cut into chip- sized batons ( reassuringly like Mc Donald’s fries for suspicious children), add some carrot and cucumber sticks, and serve it with a dip- either shop bought, or how about miso and mayonnaise mixed ( this idea donated by a Japanese friend), or even mayonnaise with a dollop of Patak’s curry sauce! Ready in seconds!
